Transforming Lives in South Africa
We had an incredible morning at the Nordic House members-only event, celebrating the 20th anniversary of Star for Life with our amazing partner, Hästens. We were inspired by powerful speakers like Jessica Grundström Ahldin (Secretary General of Star for Life), Caroline Nelson (CEO of H&M South Africa), and our very own Laura Lykkegaard (Hästens).
Connecting Continents
What an unforgettable day at the Nordic House event, celebrating the Norse Atlantic Airways inaugural flight into Cape Town on the 29th of October 2024! Our celebration of the new Cape Town route was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to the incredible energy from all our participants and the amazing teams behind the scenes - Norse Atlantic Airways, Wesgro, Tintswalo Atlantic and many more.
Creating Better Awake Moments
It was a truly insightful and inspiring evening where we explored the essential elements of achieving a more vibrant, present, and enriched life through better sleep and wellness practices. Our three speakers, Dave Kitley, Charlie Wright and Liza Bührmann, made this evening unforgettable.

An inspiring event together with Mulilo, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, and Elgins finest wineries. It featured inspiring speakers who discussed business, sustainability, and biodiversity, including Nikolaj Sørensen from CIP/CISC and Dr. Paul Clüver.
Tales from Cape Town to the World
The Nordic House Literary Journey event in Cape Town was a magical fusion of literature and comfort. Held at the Hästens Cape Town store, members enjoyed captivating discussions with authors Marie Sammeli and Tanja Wijnen, celebrated for their inspiring works set in South Africa. The event highlighted the art of storytelling amidst a relaxing atmosphere provided by Hästens' luxurious beds.
Nordic Ventures in South Africa's Property and Wine World
We embarked on an immersive journey exploring the connections between the Nordic region and South Africa, with a particular focus on Cape Town. The event highlighted Cape Town's property and financial markets, as well as its renowned wine industry, showcasing the rich blend of cultures and opportunities between these two regions.
